- VCCB/Inspirit: When you use the customer vetting feature, relevant customer details are transmitted to our verification partner to perform identity checks against the Department of Home Affairs and other data sources.
- Fraud Prevention Network: When you report fraud or theft, the incident details (not your business information) are shared with other Sparked Rentals users to help protect the industry.
- Service Providers: We use third-party hosting (cloud infrastructure), email delivery, and payment processing services. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
